As part of this programme, the client is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to take commercial ownership of site delivery on a mission‐critical, 24/7 facility. This role will sit at the centre of project execution and play a key role in ensuring cost certainty, commercial governance, and programme confidence throughout the build lifecycle. Proven experience as a Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor on large‐scale data centre or mission‐critical infrastructure projects
Strong commercial understanding of MEP‐led construction within hyperscale environments
Ownership of project budgets, cost planning, forecasting, and reporting through construction and commissioning
Management of procurement, contract administration, and change control with EPCs and specialist subcontractors
Confident stakeholder interface with clients, project teams, and senior leadership from build through handover
