About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Hebrew-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to join an international digital advertising team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them optimize their Google Ads campaigns and grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact new and existing advertisers via phone, email, and video calls
* Identify sales opportunities and help clients meet their business goals through Google Ads
* Consult businesses on how to optimize their advertising strategy
* Analyze campaign performance and provide tailored recommendations
* Proactively manage your pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
* Build strong relationships with clients while driving revenue growth
* Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and digital marketing trends
Requirements
* Native or fluent Hebrew (C1–C2)
* Fluent English (B2+)
* Experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing is highly preferred
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
* Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools
* Must have EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residency card
