IAM Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead - Business Operations, Process & Operations Manager

Duration: 12 months (possible extensions)
Location: Barcelona 2-3 days onsite per week
As part of the recent Identity Access Management Target Operating Model (IAM TOM) implemented by the company, the setup of the new IAM Business Operations function (IAM BizOps) is now to be operationalized.
The transformation progresses and IAM processes are set up. Accelerating the setup for IAM Business Operations is essential.
Therefore, the company is searching for new motivated team players to work along with the Head of IAM Business Operations and team in ensuring global process excellence, defining & improving IAM processes aligned with the Target Operating Model, overseeing compliance, adoption, and enforcement across regions and teams.
Additionally, this position is key to working alongside the Head of IAM Business Operations to drive strategic direction, operational efficiency, and global operations of the team globally.
Responsibilities Operational & Processes Excellence:
Act as the central point for defining, implementing, and continuously improving IAM processes globally (more than 20 locations)
Ensure all IAM processes, controls and activities are aligned with the IAM Target Operating Model (TOM) and organizational goals.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in IAM operations.
Govern the development and implementation of measuring, reporting, and supporting ongoing decision-making services with KPIs, metrics and SLAs.
Governance, Risk Compliance & Enforcement:
Oversee enforcement and correct execution of IAM TOM processes and controls across regions, hubs, and locations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with IAM policies, controls, and security standards.
Conduct risk management and reporting activities
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure shared goals are met and communicated.
Lead adoption of changes, new processes, policies, & controls across areas.
Ensure smooth integration and consistent application of process changes in global IAM operations.
Actively contribute to the IAM Business Operations team stabilization and maturity by supporting in providing coaching, advice, and guidance to more junior team members
IAM Business Operations Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Closely collaborate with the Head of IAM Business Operations, IAM Governance and Group IAM BizOps on strategic IAM initiatives
Work alongside the Head of Business Operations on ad-hoc activities such as audits, incidents, etc.
Key requirements/skills
5+ years of experience in IAM operations and process management, ideally with a proven track record of managing global IAM processes.
Experience in OPEX, Lean, Six Sigma
Strong understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., identity management, Business Role Management, SoD management, Access Management, etc.)
Experience leading process improvements and managing change initiatives in a complex, global organization.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams & manage stakeholders.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Design thinking, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills
Great communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders

Experience with IAM Business Operations in a global environment.
Experience managing IAM tools and applications in day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of regional regulatory requirements and standards related to IAM.
Experience facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading teams in projects
Experience in managing vendors and third-party providers
Experience in consulting would be a plus
