For our office in Barcelona, we are looking for a: Agency Cluster CCO (f/m/d) with a team of 76 employees in Spain, reporting to the Cluster GM and with functional reporting from the CCO Portugal.
THE ROLE AND MISSION
* The CCO is responsible for setting up, organizing, and driving sales teams to follow up on the customer portfolio and identify growth opportunities within their area.
* Develop commercial activities according to the objectives set by the Group.
* Validate and challenge business action plans developed by Sales Managers.
* Implement management tools to monitor sales team performance and proactively take corrective actions.
* Promote products and services to customers and prospects.
* Analyze market statistics regularly and report to the General Management and Regional Office teams.
AS CLUSTER CCO
* Coordinate and align commercial strategies across countries within the cluster, considering economic, cultural, and regulatory factors.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between Sales Managers responsible for daughter countries.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Managers, providing guidance to improve effectiveness.
* Oversee market research and analysis for the entire cluster.
* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze market identification by trade.
* Perform customer segmentation.
* Define and pilot commercial strategies (budget, action plan).
* Manage tenders and report issues related to pricing and routing.
* Build and analyze vessel profiles.
* Produce commercial forecasts.
* Drive sales teams to follow up on customer portfolios and identify growth opportunities.
* Develop commercial activities aligned with Group objectives.
* Validate and challenge business action plans.
* Implement management tools to monitor performance and take corrective actions.
* Promote products and services.
* Analyze market statistics and report to management.

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
* 10+ years as an Account Manager
* 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience managing a large team
* Strong knowledge in Shipping (minimum 10+ years in liner shipping)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and stress management skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Previous experience with Salesforce platform
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
* Result-oriented, passionate about market success
* Flexible and open to change
* Active role in driving the 5 Pillars: Performance, Customer Experience, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication
* Fluent in English and Spanish; French highly valued
