Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support our finance and operations team. This role combines administrative and basic accounting tasks, ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure all monthly expense invoices are collected, filed, and accounted for.
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
* Support the team in financial reporting and documentation.
* Maintain organized records and systems for easy access and compliance.
Requirements:
* Fluent English (mandatory).
* Experience in administrative or accounting roles preferred.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
