Job Overview
Provide SAP SD functional expertise to analyze, design, and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role includes system configuration, functional support, and ensuring integration with other SAP modules in a digital transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and enhance SAP SD processes
* Configure and customize SAP SD solutions
* Participate in implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
* Gather requirements and prepare functional documentation
* Coordinate and execute UAT
* Deliver user training
* Manage incidents and change requests
* Collaborate with MM, FI, WM, and other teams
* Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations
