Senior IT Business Analyst
to join our team in an international insurance project.

Location:
Barcelona or Madrid, hybrid (1day in the office).
You will:Define and drive the analysis approach aligned with project goals.Collaborate with business areas such as Risk Engineering and Underwriting, ensuring a customer-centric vision.Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across end-to-end processes.Translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.Support functional design (use cases, specifications) and work closely with development teams.Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with both technical teams and senior business leaders.Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
You should have:3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.Proven experience in the Insurance sector (Commercial Insurance preferred).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex challenges.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments.Technical background and understanding of complex systems (e.g., APIs, data models).Experience working in Agile environments.Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.Strong analytical, organizational, and team collaboration skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Advanced English (spoken and written).
