Responsibilities
Support our growing Technical Team in the disassembly of various aircraft projects as directed by the GPC team.
Document parts removed and liaise with the Logistics team.
Ensure safe disassembly/removal of parts and components from various aircraft, with clear labelling and documentation on behalf of our customers.
Read and interpret AMMs, IPCs and eCube Best Practice Guides to manage component removal efficiently and effectively.
Deliver each aircraft disassembly project on time as committed to the customer.
Report non‑conformities or risk of damage to Technical Team Leader.
Identify damaged components by visual methods.
Collaborate with Technical Team Leader and Head of Customer Projects to deliver the best customer experience while maintaining efficiency.
Support daily reviews and Team Project Boards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Support continuous improvement projects and raise issues or opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.
Support delivery of KPIs across safety, quality and productivity to maintain operational growth.
Coordinate with other functional teams to secure necessary resources for projects.
