The successful candidate will ensure technical compliance, quality standards, adherence to international codes, and proper coordination with all project disciplines. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /ppb Technical Management Site Supervision /b /pulli Lead and supervise electrical teams (in-house and subcontractors) during installation, cable pulling, terminations, testing, and inspections. /lili Review technical documentation: drawings, cable schedules, single-line diagrams, isometrics, and specifications. /lili Ensure correct installation of cable trays, wiring, lighting systems, panels, auxiliary systems, and power/control equipment. /lili Guarantee compliance with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and ATEX. /li /ulpb Planning Coordination /b /pulli Prepare and manage daily and weekly work plans for the electrical discipline. /lili Coordinate with mechanical, structural, instrumentation, painting, HVAC, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams. /lili Manage resources, materials, tools, and equipment. /lili Identify deviations, propose solutions, and support on-site technical issue resolution. /li /ulpb Quality Documentation /b /pulli Ensure installations meet approved procedures and inspection criteria. /lili Prepare and review ITRs, checklists, ATPs, electrical work permits, LOTO procedures, and quality dossiers. /lili Manage electrical punch lists and ensure timely closure. /li /ulpb Health, Safety Environment (HSE) /b /pulli Enforce safety policies and ensure a safe working environment. /lili Conduct toolbox talks, issue work permits, and monitor critical electrical activities. /lili Identify hazards and promote a proactive safety culture. /li /ulpb Commissioning Support /b /pulli Assist with FAT, SAT, loop checks, energization activities, functional tests, and troubleshooting. /lili Ensure installations are ready for turnover to the commissioning team. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /ppb Education /b /pulli Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy, or related fields. /lili Alternatively, Higher Vocational Training (FP) with strong industrial/offshore experience. /li /ulpb Experience /b /pulli Minimum b5–8 years /b of experience in industrial electrical construction or offshore/energy projects. /lili Proven experience leading teams and managing subcontractors. /li /ulpb Technical Knowledge /b /pulli Proficient with IEC, IEEE, ATEX standards. /lili Experience with LV/MV systems, switchgear, panels, control and automation systems. /lili Basic commissioning and testing knowledge. /li /ulpb Core Competencies /b /pulli Strong leadership and team coordination skills. /lili Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. /lili Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environments. /lili Strong safety mindset. /li /ul pb Conditions /b /pulli On-site role based in Cádiz, Spain. /lili Flexible to work special shifts depending on project needs. /lili Occasional travel for FAT/SAT or vendor/client visits. /li /ul
