The site of Martos based in Spain belongs to LIGHT Division. We are looking for a VIE Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist for 6 months within the team.
Your challenges?
You collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and priorities
You ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
You coordinate training needs and support employees
You manage time attendance and payroll, tracking absences and guiding staff
You assist with employee relations and maintain mandatory postings
You drive well‑being and HR projects, supporting initiatives and audits
You lead end‑to‑end recruitment for key roles
You identify and engage top talent through strategic sourcing
Let’s Talk About You…
You are graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
You already ideally experience in talent development and recruitment in similar roles.
You have a fluent level of English.
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open‑minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking.
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
