Are you passionate about transformation and bringing bold ideas to life? Join us as the Away‐From‐Home (AFH) Marketing Manager in Global Food Ventures, a dynamic team driving PepsiCo's shift from snacks to meals.
The AFH channel is central to our growth, with initiatives ranging from food trucks and ghost kitchens to partnerships with operators like Subway and Pret a Manger. You'll also support global activations at events such as FIFA, the UEFA Champions League, and Formula 1.
This role requires strong marketing, project‐management and commercial skills, creativity, and the ability to work cross‐functionally with global teams, customers and agencies.
Responsibilities
Partner with local anchor markets to execute the foods growth strategy and support deployment of key initiatives.
Support key strategic customers by leading execution in line with priorities and managing critical meetings such as Top‐to‐Tops, Innovation Showcases and RFPs.
Define and drive impactful BTL marketing programs that are scalable, repeatable and improve efficiency and effectiveness, driving incidence, traffic and brand equity.
Prime‐move key projects such as Doritos Loaded and Flamin' Hot, collaborating within the matrix to ensure critical timelines are met.
Execute Doritos Loaded at Formula 1 events across the globe alongside the AFH Marketing Director and Anchor Markets.
Facilitate best‐practice sharing across markets and teams to advance the foods transformation agenda.
Work with Global Insights to develop monthly brand tracking for AFH across Lay's and Doritos and with Innovation Platforms such as Doritos Loaded.
Lead development and deployment of global toolkits, obtaining sign‐off from GFG brand owners and legal/regulatory teams.
Own the AFH Foods ADA portal, maintaining updated information and communication with the AFH and Food Ventures community.
Manage the AFH marketing budget and POs, serving as the key point of contact for agencies and vendors.
Functional Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple brand and consumer engagement programmes.
Strong functional marketing experience at a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager level, with a record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and annual operating plans.
Experience in customer/trade marketing and demonstrable customer relationship management.
Good understanding of PepsiCo systems and processes related to marketing communication development, innovation development and execution.
Leadership Qualifications
Agility – ability to adapt to a changing business environment and simplify complex information to gain consent and act quickly.
Execution – energy, enthusiasm and inspiration to motivate others, ensuring critical projects are managed on time and within budget.
Relationships – ability to build and maintain trusting relationships across multidisciplinary teams within PepsiCo and with customers.
7‐10 years of experience within Food and Beverage categories.
Understanding of the AFH channel and how to win.
Experience in new product development and go‐to‐market strategies.
Experience in global or regional roles with cross‐market coordination.
Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling consumer experiences.
Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
