Sales Tools and Process Specialist, you will be the bridge between our sales teams and the technology that powers their success. You’ll partner with the APAC, EMEAI, and AFO Sales organizations to develop, deploy, and support CRM-related business processes and tools that drive our business objectives. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in global initiatives involving CRM (SAP CRM + Salesforce) and other sales tools.Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and optimize sales business processes for effective use of CRM and sales tools.Collaborate with sales management and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement and provide accurate, timely reporting.Manage CRM maintenance, including territory setup, user support, and training.Participate in global projects and partner with IT to ensure CRM process consistency across regions.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated experience using sales tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce, SAP ECC, Quart, quoting tools);
knowledge of CPQ and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel or Access for custom analytics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.Fluent in English, with proficiency in any other European language considered a plus.On a personal level, you possess great problem-solving and analytical skills, and you are eager to learn about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables. You have communication and interpersonal skills to interact at various levels, and you strive to provide excellent customer support. You enjoy working both within a team and autonomously.We offer:
