Architectural & Design Project Manager
toprovide technical assessment and support throughout all project phases to ensure successful outcomes within EMEA region. You'll play a pivotal role in driving success for high-profile projects by blending technical expertise with relationship-building skills. This position is integral to ensuring seamless collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and other key industry players while showcasing Neolith’s cutting-edge product offerings.Responsabilities:
Organize and lead L&L, PKs, and CEU sessions to educate industry professionals on NEOLITH products, boosting specifications and brand visibility.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and key stakeholders.Provide technical support throughout all project phases, ensuring seamless execution.Assist A&D sales teams and clients with installation guidance and technical expertise.Coordinate project schedules with external stakeholders, aligning with construction timelines.Ensure accurate documentation, including shop drawings, material specs, and installation guidelines.Review specifications and construction documents to streamline fabrication and installation.Draft architectural projects incorporating NEOLITH products for optimized design and quality.Oversee quality control and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.Develop professional connections across the industry, offering technical assistance as needed.Generate reports on project progress, sales, and brand awareness efforts.Quaifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.Experience in architectural sales, technical consulting, or project management within the construction or building materials industry.Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents.Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and reviewing designs.Familiarity with surfacing materials, façade systems, and architectural applications.Ability to travel to project sites and client locations as needed (not regularly).At Neolith, we believe diversity and inclusion are integral to our success.
