Versus-X is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing support colleague to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the world. We're seeking a proactive individual with a go-getter mentality and strong organizational skills, preferably with experience in partnerships, project management, and an interest in gaming, sports, and blockchain technology. This is an unpaid position, ideal for someone who's studying or just graduated with little to no professional experience but who's looking to gain it quickly.
Versus-X is a self-funded startup, providing the perfect environment for aspiring business development professionals due to the amount and quality of hands-on experience to be gained. Our team is building a revolutionary skill-based web3 iGaming ecosystem focused on high-quality sports games and skill-based wagering. This role offers valuable experience in the fast-growing sectors of skill-gaming and blockchain technology.
Responsibilities:
* Project management
* Carry out day-to-day marketing tasks like communications, scheduling events, and content planning
* Research marketing opportunities for growth
* Set up high-performing internal systems to support the operations of the marketing team
* Have brainstorming sessions with your colleagues about how to improve the overarching marketing strategy of Versus-X
* Analyze the marketing funnel and work on improvements together with the marketing team
* Analyze and evaluate performance
Skills and requirements:
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Stable internet connection for frequent online meetings
* You are proactive and good at managing your own projects
* Proactive mindset with go-getter mentality - someone who finds solutions, not just problems
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-disciplined with strong time management
* Creative problem solver who thinks outside the box
* Available for 15+ hours per week
