SENIOR LEASING MANAGER
Node is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead asset-level leasing performance by executing a hybrid of digital and physical leasing strategies (phygital) for up to 1000 units.
The Senior Leasing Manager will develop and implement tactical sales strategies for each asset, focusing on leasing high-quality, accessible apartments with Node in Carabanchel. The role emphasizes commercial performance management, leasing strategy development, and revenue maximization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, negotiation skills, and market knowledge of the apart-hotel/extended stay sectors. This position is vital for optimizing leasing performance and meeting business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop market knowledge of competitors, owners, and prospective tenants.
* Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and trends.
* Collaborate with marketing to create leasing campaigns and materials.
* Negotiate lease terms ensuring favorable conditions for Node.
* Understand lease agreements, legal standards, and industry best practices.
* Build relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
* Manage lease renewals, rent negotiations, and amendments.
* Analyze leasing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
* Prepare leasing reports on occupancy, forecasts, and revenue.
* Oversee lease administration and documentation accuracy.
* Coordinate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction.
* Lead and develop the leasing team through guidance and training.
* Monitor market activities, pricing, and industry trends.
* Work with finance on leasing budgets and forecasts.
* Identify leasing opportunities and advise on strategies.
* Stay informed on real estate regulations and compliance.
