We are currently looking for an Application Engineer to join our Technical/Service Department.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Customer and internal team support in services (repairs and field assistance).
* Product engineering support for services.
* Supplier selection, primarily for service activities.
* Technical management of repairs and inspections, including reports and record-keeping.
* Maintenance of the installed assets database.
* Use of required tools to perform assigned responsibilities (e.g., AutoCAD).
* Preparation of technical documentation for commercial and/or training purposes (e.g., technical articles for publication).
* Support in translating work-related documentation from English into Spanish, when required.
* Participation in SIT and EMEIA meetings, training sessions and projects.
* Product selection using company-provided calculation tools.
* Technical product selection using catalogs and third-party resources for drive package configuration.
* Training for colleagues and customers.
* All listed responsibilities may be modified according to company needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* Advanced user of digital platforms (JD Edwards is a plus)
* Knowledge of manufacturing methods and production processes.
* Strong attention to detail, combined with a structured and systematic working style.
* A flexible and dependable professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with others.
