**Education**:
- Computer science classes (preferred -- not required to be considered)
- Electronics background (preferred -- not required to be considered)
- **Bilingual is a must!**

**Work experience**:
- _Setup and configure _**WAN**_ _and _**LAN **_connectivity_ **(WatchGuard Firewall)**:
- Knowledge of_**virtualization solutions**_ (Including VMware)
- Configure, manage and support _cloud-based platform and services_(Including **AWS**)
- Analyze, diagnose and correct issues related to a variety of networks environments
- Provide _**remote desktop support**_ and education for inexperienced users
- Document incoming requests and actions taken
- Travel to sites for installations, service, and support
- _**IP Camera and Phones set up **_and _**maintenance**_
- Handyman background will be considered
- Able to work under pressure, in high stress situations, meet deadlines
