Role Overview:

As aSales Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses that are new to the Google Ads platform. From account setup to campaign launch and early‑stage optimisation, you’ll guide clients throughout the onboarding journey—establishing strong foundations for long‑term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring a smooth activation and setup process.
* Strategic Consulting: Understand clients’ business objectives and recommend customized advertising strategies aligned with their goals.
* Campaign Management: Create, launch, and optimise data‑driven PPC campaigns following industry best practices.
* Client Engagement: Support advertisers through calls, virtual meetings, and email communication to maximise performance outcomes.
* Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling and scaling opportunities by introducing advanced features and expansion strategies.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, assess trends, and refine strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality onboarding experience.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about Google Ads updates, tools, and digital marketing trends to provide expert recommendations.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
* Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
* Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
* Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
