**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
In a growing business and highly dynamic environment, you will handle the financial planning, controlling, closing, and forecasting of the manufacturing operations of our Electrolyser business with production sites in Berlin and Mülheim an der Ruhr. The role will involve a lot of cross collaboration with colleagues across multiple areas and locations. In addition, you will be the go-to person driving the roll out of S/4 Hana in the manufacturing environment of Sustainable Energy Systems Operations.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- You are comfortable with product cost and price calculations and can analyze and take actions on inventory levels, production variances, material consumption as well as the cost center coverage and the non-conformance costs (NCCs).
- As a finance business partner, you work independently and in close collaboration with others (technical teams, business partners, team members and SAP implementation team). You will be the link between our production, purchasing, logistics, IT and other operations departments in a very dynamic environment.
- You will actively support the team in driving cost savings.
- You can design and implement reports with a focus on cost centers and headcount, which present the current situation and describe the forecast and budget deviations.
**What You Bring**:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, or economics.
- Experience (at least 3 years) with manufacturing finance (i.e. production controlling, cost calculation, inventory management, etc.).
- Solid SAP knowledge, experience with the implementation of S/4 Hana is a major plus.
- Very good skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are a standout colleague with excellent communication skills and a high level of personal commitment.
- Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you can solve complex issues and present them in a simple and open manner.
- You are interested in promoting digitization measures.
- You can communicate fluently in English.
