Main Responsibilities:
* Identifying market opportunities.
* Monitoring competitors' activities and strategic positioning.
* Defining Persán's Product Plan, guiding its development and strategic alignment.
* Preparing and defending the Business Plan for projects, adjusting as needed.
For minor projects, the role of Project Manager includes:
* Developing detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
* Leading cross-functional teams to ensure coordination.
* Monitoring progress and adjusting plans.
* Managing risks and resolving issues.
* Communicating with teams and management.
* Ensuring quality control.
* Reporting on project performance and lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Knowledge:
Curiosity about products, claims, and aesthetics.
Ideally, 4-5 years of professional experience in roles within consumer goods manufacturing or retail/distribution sectors, or in positions involving project management and strategic analysis. Willingness to travel internationally.
