Responsibilities
* Own the operational performance, and manage and enhance both the operational and commercial performance of the suppliers in line with SITA's strategy.
* Be SITA's supplier interface to manage locally or centrally any changes in processes or metrics.
* Design, negotiate and manage the performance of supplier SLAs to limit SITA's exposure from non-conformance to agreed customer commitments.
* Identify and promote opportunities to continuously improve contractual relationships.
* Ensure the execution of and participate in the contractual and operational reviews of the SITA governance model.
* Gather performance data requirements against agreed supplier service levels and prepare/distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive service level improvements and monitor supplier performance trends in coordination with operational owners.
* Contribute to the design of standard customer SLAs for new services and create relevant customer SLA templates and design guides.
* Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations: oversee order processing, staging requirements to dispatching VHF equipment (radios, VGC SEL, UPS/PDU/routers, antennas).
* Inventory management: maintain accurate records and ensure optimal stock levels of VHF components.
* Shipment coordination: manage shipment and receipt of VHF equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Vendor and supplier liaison: work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of VHF materials.
* Compliance and safety: ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
* Technical support: provide technical logistic analysis and program support related to VHF systems.
* Database management: organize and manage information in logistics databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
* Own the relationship with assigned suppliers.
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management or similar function, preferably in a global organization and service provider environment.
* Proven experience as a Logistics Technician or similar role in the supply chain, preferably in the VHF domain.
* Experience in technical logistic analysis and program support.
* Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts.
* Ability to manage inventory effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience with development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational costs without sacrificing quality or performance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies and services.
* Competent in data analysis.
* Ability to multitask on numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in creating data models and reports with Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
