LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are looking for a
Key Account Manager Europe & USA
for a company belonging to an international group within the food industry, specialized in
fruit-based ingredients for the beverage sector
(concentrates, essential oils and compounds).
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across
Europe and the United States, combining the consolidation of existing business with the development of new opportunities in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of
key accounts across Europe and the United States, mainly within the beverage industry.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Define and execute the commercial strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Negotiate commercial agreements and conditions with international clients.
Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, quality, operations) to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor KPIs and conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Participate in international client visits, trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements
Minimum of 8–9 years of experience in international sales roles, such as Key Account Manager or similar.
Mandatory experience in the food ingredients sector, specifically within products for the beverage industry.
Proven experience managing
European and US markets .
Fluent English (C1–C2 level, mandatory). Spanish is required.
Strong knowledge of
SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools .
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
Mandatory residence in Murcia (Spain) .
Availability to travel internationally up to 10 days per month .
