Description And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to be in charge of HQTS Spain Sales team focus to the Consumer Goods (CG) market (Hardgoods, Soft goods, Electronic and Electrical Products). The adecuado candidate will be an experienced business developer & local team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for the Spain sales teams.
Associating with regional vice president and marketing manager to develop EU local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
Collaborating with the corporate management team in China to identify new business opportunities and new sales channels in EU.
Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
Managing the EU sales teams to achieve the annual sales goals.
Accomplishing the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales.
Coach sales executive for sales management and monitor their management performance.
