 
        PbJOB OVERVIEW /b /ppbr/ppThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing HR support and leads HR initiatives Adventure Sports – Revelyst, that is a globally recognized designer, developer, marketer and retailer of high-performance technical apparel and equipment. In collaboration with the Global HR team and the EU VP, this position evaluates the talent needs and designs the appropriate strategies. The Human Resource Manager will facilitate the delivery of HR services and provide guidance and solutions on Human Resources operational issues. This role will support HR global initiatives, strategies, and programs to help drive business results throughout the organization to deliver best in class HR process. /ppbr/ppbAs the HR Manager, you will have an opportunity to: /b /ppbr/pulliSupervise the Administration of Benefits for all the European countries. Company vehicles, private health insurance, ticket restaurants and some more specific ones depending on the region. Make sure they are all set up correctly on the payroll and the payroll systems. Negotiations when necessary. /liliPrepare the employee contracts, offer letters, coordinate onboarding and offboarding of the employees, prepare the final termination documents, severance calculations and their communication to the external parties. /liliData maintenance, confidentiality, keep up to date the employee files, organizational chart and HRIS systems updated all the time. /liliSupervise Holidays, Sickness Absence tracking. /liliPreparing the yearly calendar for the whole European organization, taking into consideration all the local public holidays. /liliBe the first point of contact for the employees, managers and directors, employee relations. /liliConduct the recruitment process for the open vacancies. /liliPrepare and make the internal communications. /liliReview and update the company internal policies and procedures. /liliPrepare reports and analysis for the top management, execute merit increases, sales bonuses, etc. /liliProvide documents when there is audit or due diligence. /liliMake sure HS measures are implemented for all the employees in EU /liliAdministrate “tripartite” when there are official trainings at the company. /liliCoordinate and administrate Health Safety actions with the external partner and ensure compliance with the local regulations. Coordinate regular medical checks for the employees. /liliParticipate in the implementation of the HR projects such as Equality Plan, prepare the necessary documents, reports, and plans. /liliBe updated with all the new measures, laws and regulations, collective agreements.
