Role Overview
Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a mix of CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services sectors, with a track record of using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth.
Experience in sales and client management within service industries is also advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
* Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they derive value and insights from our work, and advocate for Advantage.
* Achieve sales and profit targets within the client portfolio and meet new business development goals.
* Collaborate with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business strategy, including meeting financial reporting targets like budgets and forecasts.
* Work across functions to meet client needs and develop service and product proposals.
* Negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
* Support market leaders in developing collaborations with global clients at the country level.
* Enhance the Advantage brand in the FMCG community through presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.
Location & Travel
The candidate should ideally be based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany preferred). This role is remote (home office).
Travel may include: client meetings, visits to Toronto office, conferences, or industry events.
