We are involved in engineering and consulting projects worldwide and currently have offices in Spain, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Mexico, and Brazil.We are looking for two Senior Contracts Manager profiles (one with experience in Substations and the other in Data Center construction) for a client based in Madrid. The role will be performed remotely, with occasional travel to the project site/client's office.Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities Act as the client's representative on data center projects and associated infrastructure worksManage sourcing, procurement, and contract administration at project levelCoordinate supply chain activities across all project phases: planning, execution, close-outCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersReport on contract status, risks, and issuesContribute to continuous improvement of processes and toolsAttend and support regular project and coordination meetings
Strategic Sourcing Support supply chain planning and strategy development by categoryManage: supplier onboarding, capability assessment and prequalificationSupport negotiation and execution of contracts and framework agreementsPrepare contractual documentation and master agreementsCollaborate with legal teams
Procurement Management Provide procurement support to project delivery teamsManage end-to-end RFP processes: Preparation of documentationStakeholder coordinationRFI managementBid evaluation
Coordinate meetings with suppliers (kick-off, site visits, etc.)Prepare award recommendationsManage approvals and contract executionSupport negotiation processes (including lump sum contracts)
Contract Management Participate in change management processes (change orders)Prepare contractual documentation and amendmentsManage claims and contract close-outMonitor contractual milestonesEnsure proper contract execution and complianceManage the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processSupport final account and contract closure activities
Job Qualifications Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management or a related fieldLanguages: Spanish and Fluent EnglishSenior Contracts Manager: 15+ years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or similar roles within the construction industryContracts Manager: 10+ years of experience in equivalent areasProven experience in: Large-scale construction programs and projectsSourcing, procurement, and contract management supportInternational project environments (preferred)Data center projects (highly desirable)Strong knowledge of international construction standards and practices
