End Client Opportunity in the pharmacy sector
From Tenth Revolution Group are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager – Distribution & Logistics to lead and coordinate all activities related to the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA within the Sales, Distribution, and Logistics domains.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP SD and Logistics processes, solid project management experience, and the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities:
* SAP SD & Logistics Leadership: Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA processes related to Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Materials Management, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
* Business Process Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes (Order-to-Cash, Shipping, Billing, Inventory, and Logistics flows).
* Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate functional SAP teams and external vendors, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality of deliverables are met.
* Functional Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and related modules (MM, FI, LE, WM/EWM, TM) as well as external logistics and distribution systems.
* Data Migration & Cutover: Oversee functional aspects of data migration, including master data (customers, materials, pricing) and transactional data, supporting cutover and go-live readiness.
* Testing & Validation: Plan and coordinate functional testing cycles (SIT, UAT), ensuring business scenarios are fully validated.
* Issue Resolution: Actively identify, analyze, and resolve functional and process-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
* Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for SAP Distribution & Logistics topics, providing clear communication and regular updates to business and IT stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP projects, with a strong focus on SAP SD and Logistics within S/4HANA or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations.
* Proven experience managing SAP functional teams and coordinating cross-functional business and IT activities.
* Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, logistics execution, pricing, shipping, billing, and inventory processes.
* Experience working with international business environments, including markets outside the EMEA region.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
* Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. English is essential due to frequent interaction with US-based teams.
