Main Tasks
Establish the prevention plan of the own prevention service.
Guarantee compliance with machinery regulations, tools, facilities: CE marking / RD 1215 / Regulatory inspections, as well as environmental
Perform Risk Assessments: Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics and establish instructions and safety sheets, as well as action plan follow up.
Responsible for preparing work instructions on prevention and the environment.
Carry out and maintain the Emergency Plan: Drills, training - information, internal / external audits
Coordination of activities with medical service
Coordination activities external services
Define trainings and train associates in environmental, health and safety aspects
Define and evaluate environmental aspects
Monitoring of environmental authorizations and permits
Implement proper document control of the application requirements for environmental factors (atmosphere, noise, soil, lighting, water).
Maintain operational control in waste management, ecozones, etc.
Operational control safety, hygiene, ergonomics, xcskxlj psychosociology and environment (Emissions, environmental noise, discharges)
Manage internal & external audits: EHS
