Position Overview
This is a position with a grade to be specified. The role reports to the Service Sales Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive service sales processes, generate opportunities, and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Your focus will be on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will build long-term customer relationships and respond promptly to customer needs. The work model is hybrid. This role contributes to Robotics – Autonomous Mobile Robots Service Sales in Spain.
* Penetrate IB, promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to benefit customers and ABB.
* Understand channel strategy, establish pricing, prepare sales plans, review, and propose recovery plans when needed.
* Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by leveraging market trends and exploring new service portfolios.
* Act as a marketer/salesperson during marketing activities such as campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Qualifications
* Engineer or higher degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.
* At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or service.
* Experience working with industrial robots and autonomous mobile robotics in industries like Automotive, Food & Beverage, Logistics, etc.
* Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP, etc.
* Passionate about technology, products, and services, with strong customer relationship skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Valid B1 driving license in Spain.
* Collaborative, solution-focused, with excellent communication skills.
* Willing to travel up to 50%, managing onsite and online collaboration.
