This is a senior, relationship-driven BD role at the heart of Hyfe's commercial growth.

You will identify, pursue, and build long-term partnerships with pharma sponsors running clinical trials, through a mix of outreach, conference presence, KOL introductions, and referrals from our existing partner network.You will also manage and mentor our Research Partnerships Associate, bringing structure and scalability to a BD function that is already working well and ready to grow.You will know when to talk, when to listen, and when to draw on Hyfe's deep bench of medical, AI, and data experts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma sponsors, CROs, and clinical operations teams evaluating cough as a digital endpointWork closely with Hyfe's medical, AI, and data experts to translate technical capabilities into compelling proposals, and know when to bring them into conversations directlyDesign and implement a scalable BD process: pipeline management in HubSpot, structured follow-up cadences, opportunity qualification, and reporting to the CEOManage the Research Partnerships AssociateFeed market and competitive intelligence back into the product and science teams5+ years in a BD, partnerships, or commercial role involving complex, long-cycle relationships, ideally in digital health, clinical technology, CRO, or pharma services~ A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a long-cycle B2B environment~ Structured and organised, with strong CRM discipline and a track record of keeping momentum on slow-moving deals~ Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and making/ adapting presentations~ Experience selling or partnering with pharma sponsors on clinical trial xcskxlj technology, digital biomarkers, or eClinical solutionsFamiliarity with clinical trial design, regulatory frameworks, or digital endpointsExperience managing or mentoring junior commercial team membersFully remote within CET / GMT timezonesBudget for home work setupHard-working, low-ego colleagues who take the business and science seriouslyA commercial function that is already generating results
