Role Overview
We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager to accelerate our global expansion in green hydrogen and ammonia.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in EU to expand Envision’s green hydrogen and ammonia business, fostering strategic collaborations and long-term customer relationships.
* Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end BD processes—from prospecting to financial close—for large-scale industrial gas, chemical, or energy projects.
* Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Envision’s global R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions for regional markets.
* Market Intelligence：Analyze industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and enhance company's market positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
* 10+ years in business development, sales, or project origination within chemicals, industrial gases, or energy infrastructure
* Proven track record of closing large-scale, complex projects
* Deep regional expertise and network
* Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-driven with a passion for sustainability.
