Mission You’ll take full ownership of our multi-million-euro paid media operation, managing eight-figure annual budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Your north star: profitable, compounding acquisition that drives sustainable ARR growth. Own the global paid acquisition engine: strategy, structure, execution, and reporting across all platforms. Build and iterate creative testing frameworks (reveal → build-up → value → CTA) with our internal creative studio. Partner with Product Growth & Engineering to close the attribution loop via Conversion API, MMPs, and server-side tracking. Mentor junior media specialists, ensuring a unified methodology across all accounts. Qualifications 5+ years running high-budget performance campaigns (€300K+ / month) in global B2C SaaS or consumer apps. Proven record of scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads with ROAS consistently 3. Expertise in creative iteration, funnel psychology, and data-driven optimization. Deep command of analytics and attribution systems (GA4, CAPI, SKAN, MMPs, Looker / Data Studio).
