The Finance & Accounting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy in the financial statements, while analyzing large volumes of financial data to improve efficiency and accurate books register. This role reports to the Finance & Accounting Manager and coordinates Account Payable, Account Receivable, Billing, Taxes, and Fixed Assets areas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Collaborate in the calculations of the Corporate Income Tax installment payments with the F&A Manager
* Collaborate in the calculations of the final Corporate Income Tax with the F&A Manager
* Submit to the Tax Agency Annual tax forms
* Support F&A Manager in the preparation / presentation of the Annual Statutory accounts and Legal Books
* Attend and coordinate the external and internal audits
* Submit Global Risk and Compliance internal controls in the Archer platform
* Prepare and submit balance sheet accounts reconciliations in Blackline
* Manage and control Treasury (Cash pooling, loans, local bank accounts)
* Perform the forecast of Treasury, depreciation, and other financial items
* Review our financial statements monthly (Profit & Loss, Trial Balance)
* Ensure the provision of all accrued expenses and revenues
* Review of bank reconciliations
* Coordination and follow-up of Electronic Notifications of the Tax Agency
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal group policies
* Take responsibility for delivering accurate data in month-end and year closing on time
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
* University degree in Economics, Business, or similar
* At least 2 years of experience in a finance position
* Knowledge of taxation
* Knowledge of the main drivers of the terminal business
* Detail-oriented and focused on quality
* Ability to lead, good communicator, and strong interpersonal skills
* Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferable)
* Advanced English
* Dynamic and ambitious person, who wants to learn and contribute to the identification, planning, and execution of improvement projects that will improve the effectiveness of the overall finance function
