At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a profile passionate about OpenShift, automation, and modern DevOps practices to join our financial sector client and help operate and automate mission-critical financial infrastructure used across Spain and Switzerland.
Main responsibilities:
* Operate and evolve a global OpenShift platform
* Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
* Improve alerting and speed up incident resolution
* Install, upgrade, and maintain OpenShift clusters
* Manage and resolve tasks assigned to the team's support desk
* Work closely with other technical teams in an international environment
Who are you?
* Strong automation mindset
* 3+ years of experience operating or administrating OpenShift
* Hands-on experience with: Argo CD (GitOps), Helm, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, Grafana & Prometheus, APIs
* Experience deploying OpenShift clusters on VMware
* Experience with OpenShift installation and upgrades
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
