We are a vibrant surf hostel located in the heart of Conil de la Frontera, a charming Andalusian town on the Costa de la Luz. Our hostel combines the laid-back surf lifestyle with a multicultural atmosphere where travelers from all over the world meet, surf, and share experiences.
Position
Marketing & Community Manager Intern
We are looking for motivated students who want to gain practical experience in digital marketing while enjoying life by the ocean. The main focus of the internship will be on social media management, community building, and content creation.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Create engaging photo, video, and written content that reflects the hostel's lifestyle and activities.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to attract new guests and volunteers.
Interact with our online community, answer questions, and encourage engagement.
Support the organization of events, surf sessions, and hostel activities.
Additional tasks
To get a full hostel experience, we will also ask for your support with:
Reception shifts (check-in/out, guest support, answering inquiries).
Helping with activities and events for our guests.

Requirements
Enrolled student eligible for an Erasmus+ or similar internship program.
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Creativity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in English and Spanish (German, French or other are big pluses).
Passion for travel, surf, and connecting with people from different cultures.
Duration
Minimum 3 months (preferably 4–6 months).
