The Project Planner will collaborate with the Construction team and be responsible for:
* Developing contractual programs during negotiations, identifying constraints and third-party interferences.
* Reviewing EPC contracts and preparing contractual annexes to mitigate delays and damages.
* Identifying project deliverables, milestones, and obligations to define the project execution plan.
* Compiling information from all stakeholders to create a reliable master schedule from bidding to execution.
* Monitoring project execution against the master schedule, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
* Updating programs to highlight critical paths and recovery methods.
* Supervising work progress, productivity, and providing progress reports.
* Ensuring adherence to deadlines, identifying deviations, and planning preventive actions.
* Reviewing progress, conducting trend analysis, and evaluating alternative approaches.
* Participating in project meetings and discussions with clients and subcontractors.
* Developing and monitoring KPIs, SPI reports, S-curves, and resource histograms.
* Defining reporting requirements and preparing regular reports.
* Assessing delay impacts, analyzing responsibilities, and managing claims support.
* Supporting grid connection procedures and developing project-specific roadmaps.
* Ensuring technical quality and compliance with procedures, and managing risks.
Qualifications include a degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Planner in an EPC or similar environment, preferably within the solar industry. Formal qualifications in engineering or construction are advantageous.
