To qualify, you should have at least 20 hours per week to dedicate to running the business. You should be comfortable networking, hosting webinars and giving presentations, and ideally have a strong network within the nonprofit sector.

Team structure and responsibilities The adecuado team consists of:

- Affiliate marketer (existing or to be recruited): Manages the website, uploads webshops, handles customer service, conducts social media marketing, and drives online marketing to build a reputable online presence. Requires about 4 years of affiliate marketing experience; experience with online marketing and social media marketing is advantageous. A guiding manual provides exact instructions for the online marketing strategy we follow.
- Nonprofit networker : Has a strong network within the nonprofit sector, an authoritative reputation, and the ability to recruit causes to the platform. Acts as the face of the business, with an extroverted approach. Uses existing networks to establish long-term relationships and a respected presence in the nonprofit sector.

Expected outcomes and income potential Within the first two years, with focused effort on strategy execution, it is possible to establish a full-time income with a part-time workload, targeting around €4,000–€5,000 per month collectively. In the two years that follow, income may grow to approximately €9,000–€10,500 per month (and beyond), with income becoming increasingly passive as the platform scales.
