You will work in teams of 3–5 members, configuring, developing, optimizing, and delivering Salesforce MK Cloud solutions to clients. You will engage continuously with customers and business users to understand business processes and data infrastructure, proactively identifying regulations impacting solution delivery, such as compliance and data governance. Additionally, you will coach and support colleagues as part of a collaborative team.
This role is based in Madrid or Barcelona within the Growth Tech on Salesforce (S4G Team) in the Growth, Marketing, and Sales practice. Our practice aims to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth across various industries, leveraging expertise in branding, customer insights, digital marketing, and sales management. You will work with cross-functional teams on diverse projects every 4-6 months, developing new skills in an accelerated environment.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, knowledge of development tools like XAMPP, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, databases, SQL, and version control with GIT. You should have high problem-solving capacity within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, be autonomous, team-oriented, passionate about technology, and able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
