The Role
As a Dutch‑speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between new high‑potential clients and the incredible tools that Google Ads offers. This is a key role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where you can make a direct impact. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, design tailored PPC campaigns, and develop long‑lasting relationships that drive growth, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard High‑Potential Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients from the Dutch market. Focus on companies with high growth potential and future unicorns.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and launch strategic, results‑driven Google Ads campaigns tailored to client goals, ensuring immediate impact and long‑term sustainability.
- Outbound Sales Excellence: Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Maximize Campaign Performance: Drive campaign spend and upsell opportunities by continually optimizing and improving results.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyze and utilize customer data and market insights to inform and refine strategies, delivering high‑quality, personalized outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain a database of client information, ensuring that all details are up‑to‑date for ongoing communication and support.
- Client Support & Education: Provide ongoing support and product education, helping clients understand the value and impact of Google Ads on their business.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. An MA/MSc is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (both written and spoken). You must be comfortable engaging with clients in both languages.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles. Prior experience in digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Independence & Drive: Ability to work autonomously, consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing customer relationships, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.
