We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our EMEA Sales team and lead business growth across Cataluña, Andorra, and Aragón .
In this role, you will manage key B2B travel agency relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across the region.

Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel partners.
Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the B2B travel ecosystem.
Developing and executing regional sales plans that align with company goals.
Managing and documenting all client activity in CRM, including leads, progress, and conversion tracking.
Conducting regular client visits, system trainings, and performance reviews to strengthen partnerships.
Representing Go Global Travel at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events.
Collaborating with internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Product, Marketing, IT, and Finance) to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic growth areas.
Reporting regularly to the Regional Manager and Chief Sales Officer on progress, challenges, and business insights.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the travel industry – must .
Proven background working with travel agencies, tour operators, and distribution networks.
Knowledge of hotel wholesale booking platforms and XML distribution technology .
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written) - must .
Results-oriented, highly organized, and proactive mindset.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently across the region.
Must be legally authorized to reside and work in Spain.
