 
        
        We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for our Spanish subsidiary who will be responsible for the acquisition, administration and retention of the company's affiliate accounts and must be prepared to take on the challenge of building, managing and leading a dedicated team in Spain with the potential to take on other markets in the future. This position is ideal for someone who is not only strategic and analytical, but also brings a hands‑on approach to leadership, motivation and team dynamics. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving acquisition, optimisation and account management, while working to achieve ambitious targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 * Coordinate the recruitment, administration and retention of affiliate accounts.
 * Provide necessary feedback on Spanish affiliate market practices (best practices/know how).
 * Manage new projects that support the conversion and retention of new and existing affiliates that are on‑boarded to the programme.
 * Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters, including affiliate industry updates, as well as other relevant affiliate content.
 * Manage a portfolio of existing affiliates via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximise revenue generation.
 * Manage campaigns for PPC, media buying and Social Media.
 * Formulate a metrics‑based approach to evaluate the ROI of various channels for customer acquisition.
 * Continuously monitor and optimise the various acquisition channels for the existing portfolio of affiliates and prospective affiliates.
 * Maintain full knowledge and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practices for affiliate marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
 * Experience: at least 3 years in similar positions (experience in the online gaming sector would be a particular asset).
 * Experience in affiliate, SEM keyword optimization, keyword discovery, creative development and landing page optimization.
 * Negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to solve different problems that may arise.
 * Knowledge of specific online gaming affiliate tools (NetRefer preferred).
 * High knowledge of Google Analytics.
 * Analytics: use of reporting tools such as Google Data Studio or Power BI, to measure campaigns and key KPIs of the digital marketing plan.
 * Ability to manage digital budgets and coordinate with agencies and media.
 * Advanced knowledge of Excel.
 * Knowledge of statistics and BI tools will be an asset.
 * Ability to self‑learn and work as part of a team.
 * Professional competence in English is a must, other languages are an asset. Minimum B2. Level test will be done.
