**Job Description - Grade Specific**:
**What will you do in the project?**

We are looking **Service Desk Analyst - 24x7**

**To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with these knowledge and responsibilities**:
Implement access to IT solutions based on defined specifications. Integrate new requested IAM services.

Advanced knowledge of Linux/Windows, Control M, SQ,L Active Directory, Powershell, and Apache Directory
Incident resolution
ITIL, ServiceNow, KB writing
Autonomus + Rigorous
Global understanding of SI + IAM
- 24x7 rotating shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7pm. During the training, office hours will be from 10am-6pm with a lunch break.
- No on-calls.
- Teleworking model with rotating shifts.
- Languages: English and Spanish
