The Role
Proton seeks an experienced Partnerships Marketing Manager to scale our affiliate and partner programs across Proton Mail, Proton Pass, Proton Drive, and Proton VPN. If you have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, possess strong commercial instincts, and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Own and develop high-impact affiliate relationships with top-tier content publishers, blogs, and networks.
* Drive performance through CRO, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
* Identify, recruit, and negotiate new partnerships in competitive verticals like VPNs, cybersecurity, and SaaS.
* Collaborate with product, PR, and brand teams to align partners with product launches and campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
* 2–5+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital business development.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Confidence working with performance data (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, dashboards).
* Knowledge of performance channels such as SEO, content marketing, paid media, and PR.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* CRO/UX experience and a keen eye for conversion drivers.
* Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, PartnerStack, Impact).
* Existing network of relevant affiliates or media partners.
* Experience with tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, Looker, or Tableau.
