Fluent Spanish + strong English (business level)8–12+ years of B2 B sales experience, with 3–5+ years in senior leadershipProven success building and leading high-performing sales teamsStrong track record closing large enterprise and cross-border dealsStrategic, data-driven, commercially strong mindsetExecutive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience working with international stakeholders and clients Preferred (Strong Advantage)
