Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) working in South Europe Customer Success HQ, you will support our CSAM and CSAM Manager community across South Europe. Your role is to strengthen their position as the primary delivery lead and partner for our strategic customers, helping them achieve more by accelerating value realization across our Digital Cloud platforms.
Leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen, and industry perspectives, you will be responsible for end-to-end post-sales delivery and support orchestration across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem. Your goal is to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer business outcomes.

Qualifications
* Customer Success Leadership and Customer Strategy: Engage with customers to align objectives with the Microsoft portfolio, develop Customer Success Plans (CSPs), and link them with account priorities. Support delivery of program planning, customer-facing reviews, and engagement with technical stakeholders to ensure customer success.
* Delivery and Program Management: Support program planning, reviews, and prioritization of engagements. Connect customer objectives with Microsoft’s offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational and customer success strategies.
* Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with customers to connect their objectives with Microsoft solutions. Track adoption and usage of Microsoft products across South Europe, identify areas for improvement, and drive increased adoption.
* Partnership Development: Build strong partnerships with Solution Sales leadership to align go-to-market strategies for Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector customers.
