Our Global Clinical Supplies team manages all aspects from procurement to distribution, supporting clinical trials worldwide. We are seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator to oversee supply chain activities within our Clinical Supplies division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in global project calls and lead discussions on supply chains.
* Coordinate with global supply vendors.
* Manage supply orders through purchase order issuance.
* Oversee inventory levels and stock management.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
* Monitor supply issues and resolve problems promptly.
* Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month supply chain forecast, analyzing data and trends to meet study needs.
Qualifications:
* High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or academic qualification.
* At least 2 years of experience in logistics or clinical supply management.
* Experience with clinical trials preferred.
* Strong knowledge of the clinical supplies lifecycle.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
