We are looking for someone with experience in e-commerce, a solid understanding of online marketplaces, and expertise in coordinating and managing transcreation projects.This role involves coordinating and overseeing digital projects for a global client, defining the best skills for each project from the outset, with a particular focus on creating, localizing, and transcreating materials for various e-commerce disciplines. You will be responsible for coordinating projects and priorities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assets across multiple e-retailer’s platforms, in Spain and across Europe.Additionally, this person will be focused on maximizing efficiency in each project, always seeking the most sustainable options.ResponsibilitiesVisibility across all projects, efficiently allocating resources for each one and managing priorities.Regularly coordinate with cross-functional teams (creatives, developers, transcreation specialists, marketing teams) to track progress, report on project requirements, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.Identify bottlenecks in production, address resource gaps, and implement solutions to maintain efficient workflows.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.Maintain a good relationship between the account management team handling the project and the developers' team that will carry out the production part, anticipating conflicts with solutionsRequired Skills and ExperienceExtensive knowledge of digital production processes, with a specific focus on the creation, localization, and transcreation of e-commerce materials for various European marketplaces, including Amazon. SEO knowledge will be a plus.Must have previous experience in a Studio, Traffic, or Resource Management role, either agency side or in-houseFluent English (C1 level), capable of managing daily communications via email and phone. French will be a plus.The ability to navigate the complexities of e-commerce ecosystems are essential.WHAT WE OFFER :
