The Big Picture:Howden Spain (HES) designs, manufactures and supplies air and gas handling equipment such as industrial fans, process gas compressors and rotary heat exchangers. Our products have made a valuable difference for our clients, and we are now looking for a Area Sales Manager who will join our team and assist us in making a valuable difference in the century to come.What needs to be done?- Make offers for spare parts and services within the proposals area- Technical features end design according to Services and Engineering department- Manage projects of main orders and control marginsAs main accountabilities- Make offers for spare parts and services, and coordinate with Services, Production and Engineering areas- Maintain repeat clients and products. Manage intercompany projects (fans and heaters)- Project management supported by PMs. Margin control.- Improve install base and technical features, and develop management tools for services resources control- Communicate with clients.- LTSA support. Develop marketing tools and support for new contracts- CRM-RFQ Desk Management, ERP and internal process tools management.What do you need to bring?- You have the understanding and sensitivity required to do business with, and meet the expectations of, customers of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. You will work collaboratively with different Howden companies to maximize sales opportunities for the overall business. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish are necessary.- Knowledge of industrial processes in the relevant industries (mainly Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Chemical and Metal Processing).- Medium level: FP advance.- Ability to maintain good relationships with customers.- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of internal and external associates.- Strong knowledge of internal logistic and incoterms.- Strong relationship with costs responsible, as well as services and engineering responsible.- Ability to manage AFM projects (spare and services) when quoting fans and heaters together.What will you can get in return?You will have the opportunity to work for a integral engineering organisation in a challenging and dynamic role with great development opportunities.
