Your journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member will start with a 6-week training course where you will learn all the fundamental skills required for your role, delivering top-class safety and customer service to our guests. During the course, you will study with exams at regular intervals; the training culminates with Supernumerary flights and your Cabin Crew Wings.
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are endless, including becoming a number 1, base supervisor, European Base Manager, Regional Manager, or even our Director of Inflight!
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, but it is a demanding position where safety is our top priority. You will be required to operate early and late shifts, reporting as early as 5 am and sometimes not returning home until midnight. If you are not a morning person, please consider this before applying.
Requirements
* Bags of enthusiasm
* Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network
* Approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height
* Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
* Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality
* Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster
* Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
* Comfortable speaking and writing in English
* A passion for travelling and meeting new people
