About the Role
* Develop Regional Tour Managers: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing tour managers who embody Collette's brand standards.
* Collaborate with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless execution of tours, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage Team Performance: Set and achieve performance metrics tied to customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to tour enhancements and marketing content through input from regional teams.
* Travel Requirements: Participate in 4-6 tours per year, experiencing firsthand the on-tour experience and gaining valuable insights.
Key Qualifications
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
